Job Responsibilities for the SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Provide tailored support and assistance to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met effectively
• Assist and support with any tasks set
• Encourage independence and self-confidence in students with SEN, helping them achieve their full potential

Job requirements for the SEN Teaching Assistant

• Must have previous experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant with children with SEN is essential for you to be considered for this role
• Strong understanding of various SEN conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with staff
• Compassion, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students
