We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of learning for students in the absence of their regular teacher. Your responsibilities will include delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behavior, and supporting students in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons based on pre-prepared materials.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and implement de-escalation strategies as needed.
- Support the learning and development of all students, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
- Provide constructive feedback to students to aid their progress.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and school administration to ensure smooth transitions during lesson coverages.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working in UK schools.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to various learning environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £100.00 - £145.00 per day
