Main Responsibilities

  • Individualised Education Planning - collaborating with parents, colleagues, and specialists to create education plans that address specific needs of each student.
  • Conducting Assessments - conducting assessments to determine the underlying causes and develop appropriate interventions.
  • Behaviour Management - Develop and implement behaviour management strategies and techniques to support students and manage their behaviour effectively.
  • Crisis Intervention - Responding to and managing crisis situations that may arise due to challenging behaviours while maintain the safety of everybody involved.
  • Instructional Planning - Creating and adapting instructional materials and strategies to meet the individual learning needs of students with complex behaviours, including modifying curriculum content and delivery methods.
