Position: Failsworth / Oldham
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent

The Role:
As a Sports Coach, you will:
- Deliver inclusive, engaging, and adaptive sports sessions tailored to the needs of students with SEN.
- Encourage active participation and skill development in a safe and supportive environment.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure sports programs align with individual education plans (EHCPs).
- Promote physical well-being, teamwork, and positive social interactions.
What We're Looking For:
- A relevant sports coaching qualification
- Experience working with young people, ideally in an SEN or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of adaptive sports and inclusive teaching techniques.
- Patience, creativity, and a commitment to nurturing each student's potential.
- Safeguarding knowledge and a DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
