Their dedication to exceptional customer service along with continual investment within their fleet has provided them with a strong reputation of delivering high quality equipment. Due to their ongoing success, they are recruiting for a hire desk controller who has experience within the industry that can join their team. 

Responsibilities of the Hire Desk Controller:

  • Build important relationships with internal and external clients.
  • You will be dealing with on/off hires 
  • Liaise with colleagues, other depots, and procurement teams to ensure that equipment is successfully delivered at designated dates/times.
  • You will be resolving any queries or claims as the Hire Desk Controller that arise in a professional manner, ensuring all paperwork is completed and up to date.
  • You may use Syrinx, Insphire, or a similar CRM system.

The Hire Desk Controller may have experience within plant hire, tool hire, powered access hire, accommodation hire or similar to be considered. 

You may have worked as a Hire Controller, Hire Desk Controller, Hire Negotiator, Plant Controller, Plant Administrator, Plant Coordinator, Hire Coordinator, Hire & Sales Manager, Hire Administrator, Rental Manager or similar.
