Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd are working with our Client to appoint a Practice Manager.

With a strong market reputation of providing a strong ethical Accounting / Business Support and Tax Planning Services to a range of Clients for decades, the Practice is now looking to further expand and develop new Services.

THE ROLE OF THE PRACTICE MANAGER;

Will be for a character who has several year’s experience within an Accountancy Practice - you are perhaps at the stage of your career where you are ready to take that next step OR you may already be a Senior within a Practice and are looking to either looking to reduce your hours or move to a more Part Time based role. The role of the Practice Manager - will be office based due to the need to supervise / train and develop your team.

You will also work to review and streamline procedures - continuous improvement is essential. As is building and maintaining strong Client relationships.

Other criteria our Client is looking for includes;

  • ACA Qualified - however they will consider other Professional Qualifications
  • Be methodical and logical in your approach
  • Payroll and associated HR tasks is preferred
  • Strong IT skills are essential
  • Anti Money Laundering knowledge and experience
  • HMRC procedures

For the right person our Client can negotiate what a typical day / week looks like from a task perspective along with working hours etc.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE PRACTICE MANAGER;

  • Annual Salary will be in line with Seniority
  • 30 Days Hols PLUS Bank Hols
  • On Site Car Parking

The rest of the package will be negotiated in line with your current benefits
