A Fabricator/Welder is urgently required for a precision engineering company in Oldham that specializes in Sheet Metal & Fabrications for various industries including Aerospace and Nuclear.
Candidates must be proficient in both Mig and Tig welding processes and have experience working with stainless steel.
The position requires the ability to read and work to high-standard drawings and precision tolerances.
The successful candidate will work day shifts from 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, with an earlier finish on Friday and overtime available.
A competitive salary of up to £18 per hour is offered, depending on experience, along with additional benefits such as a site bonus and 33 days of holiday.

Fabricator/Welder

URGENTLY required for a privately owned a precision engineering company based in Oldham, providing specialist precision engineered Sheet Metal & Fabrications for the Aerospace, Nuclear, Pharmaceutical, construction and Food industry sectors.

Skills/experience

Must be proficient with both Mig & Tig welding processes.

Must have the ability to read and work to drawings to a high standard

Experience of working with stainless steel and general engineering practices

Ability to work to precision tolerances.

The successful candidate will be required to work day shift 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8am - 3.30pm overtime available.

A very competitive salary of up to £18 per hour dependent on experience is offered.
