Design Manager - Energy Networks

We are seeking a Senior Engineer ready to take the next step into a Design Manager role, leading a team of engineers to deliver future energy networks. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a thriving company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate design solutions for energy projects

   

• Oversee 2D/3D modelling and drawings (AutoCAD, Inventor)

   

• Ensure temporary works compliance (BS 5975) - training available

   

• Support innovation and process improvements within the team

   

• Drive health & safety excellence across all designs

   

Requirements:

• 5+ years' post-graduate experience in engineering design

   

• MEng/MSc in Mechanical, Structural, or Civil Engineering

   

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

   

• Chartered Engineer status is desirable, but support is available
