As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of drainage services. You'll be responsible for managing a high-performing team and ensuring exceptional service delivery to commercial clients. Your Role As An Operations Manager Will Include:

• Manage, motivate, and develop the engineering team
• Providing technical support
• 80% office based and 20% field based

The Successful Operations Manager Will Have:

• Drainage experience
• Management experience (5+ years)
