Office - Administrator (Maintenance)Do you live in Essex? Do you have experience in an admin role? Do you have experience in the maintenance world? This is the job for you!Location - Chipping Ongar, EssexSalary - £27,300 per yearHours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 5:00  Needs to have:

  • Experience needed with service M8 (CRM system)
  • Good I.T knowledge and able to adapt to new software
  • Ability to work at a fast pace; be proactive with strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead a team of operatives and allocate work on a daily basis, ensuring jobs are complete, signed off and invoiced
  • Instruct sub-contractors from our approved lists
  • Prepare documents such as invoicing, quotes
  • Be able to compile pre start information in advance of works to ensure operatives can get works done efficiently and cost effectively
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Ability to research and source materials for projects
  • Ability to manage and monitor the teams annual leave, sickness, keep training up to date and general admin duties
  

Bonus skill:

  • General knowledge of the maintenance/ trade industry
