Pertemps Crewe are excited to present an opportunity to work for our well-established client who has been a market leader for over 60 years!
Due-to continued success, my client is looking for an administrator to join their team.
Multiple members of their team have been with the company for 40+ years and 25% of their team have been with them for 10+ years!
Salary: Up to 27,500
Hours: Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 16:30
Location: Woore
Duration: Permanent/ Full time

Administrator Duties include:
  • Support the department in all service, repair and warranty administration and invoicing
  • Support the site engineers with site requirements, equipment, documentation and information
  • Setup and revise service agreements as required, updating databases
  • Liaise with subcontract service providers and raise purchase orders where necessary
  • Generate quotations for parts and remedial works and follow up

Requirements for the right Administrator:
  • Customer Communication Skills to deal with internal and external customers
  • Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
  • Ability to manage own workload and use initiative
  • Maintain client relationships and manage client expectations
  • Open minded individual, open to learning mechanical/electrical terminology
