Your Role: Make a Difference Every Day
As an Autism Practitioner with The Nursing Partnership in Orkney, you'll be providing personalised support to autistic adults, helping them live a full, independent life within the community. No two days will be the same! From planning and supporting activities - whether it's day trips, local events, or shopping - to offering guidance on essential life skills like budgeting and personal care, your role will truly impact the people you support.
You'll work closely with the individuals in your care, creating a tailored support plan that reflects their goals and ambitions, while partnering with their families, health professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure they lead an active, fulfilled life.
