What You'll Do:

End-to-End HR Management: Oversee all HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. You'll be the go-to person for all things HR.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations, handling grievances, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Recruitment & Retention: Attract and retain top talent to keep our business growing. You'll be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring the best people for our team.
Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies that support our business goals and ensure a fair and compliant workplace.
Hands-On Support: As a key player in a small business, you'll be involved in day-to-day operations, providing hands-on support wherever needed.
