- Ensure vendor master data is clean, accurate, and consistently maintained to support daily operations and future system go-lives.
- Propose and implement simplification, automation, and innovation initiatives in alignment with Global Functions and Business Units.
- Identify and support process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vendor master data quality in partnership with the GPO.
- Develop and deliver structured training programs to ensure global understanding of new processes and tools related to vendor master data management.
- Prioritise and implement Application Change Requests (ACRs) to enhance data systems and processes.
- Leverage Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and related technologies to improve efficiencies and accuracy in vendor master data management.
- Act as a change agent, promoting best practices and continuous improvement in data management across the organisation.
- Monitor and develop KPIs for vendor master data quality, collaborating with business areas to drive alignment and improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in P2P and SAP, providing guidance to ensure effective data management practices.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent hands-on experience in P2P master data management.
- Proficiency in SAP with strong knowledge of data management and analytics tools.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Teams, and Microsoft applications.
- Strong conceptual skills with a keen interest in analytics and data quality improvement.
- Experience in P2P processes, data management, and system optimisation
- Salary up to £45,000 DOE.
