Job Overview

A small, thriving MSP is actively seeking an IT Support Engineer to join its Technical Department. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving client issues, handing service requests, and managing scheduled tasks. You'll oversee customer tickets from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution by following established processes. Your day-to-day will involve troubleshooting, diagnosing, researching and identifying effective solutions, as well as creating the necessary documentation to support ongoing operations.

In this role, you will support a national customer base, as well as manage internal IT Infrastructure. This position may involve some field work, providing you with the opportunity to meet clients in person, build stronger relationships, and gain valuable experience in a customer-focused industry.

To be a good fit, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of customer needs, and a strong technical foundation. You should be able to thrive under pressure, effectively prioritise tasks, and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
