As part of their continued growth, my client is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to provide essential support to senior members of the team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual who wants to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

The Role:

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the leadership team by ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

The Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience with Xero
  • Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Handling emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of senior team members.
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organising travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries as needed.
  • Maintaining and updating records, ensuring they are well-organised and accessible.
  • Acting as a gatekeeper, managing the flow of information and prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Supporting the team with general administrative duties and project-based tasks.

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a small, collaborative team
