Our client, a reputable care home in Ormskirk, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Admin Assistant to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the care home team
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with resident administration tasks, including admissions and discharges
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls
- Liaise with external agencies and health care professionals
- Support the care team with various administrative duties as required
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a care home setting as an admin assistant
- A valid DBS Certificate
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
