Internal Account Manager ??

Are you ready to take a significant step in your career? Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Our client, a reputable organisation in the construction industry, is seeking a talented Internal Account Manager to join their dynamic team! ??

Responsibilities:

? Complete new enquiries efficiently, ensuring a smooth transaction process

? Achieve 3 Quality Calls (MSI QC) per day, maintaining exceptional client communication

? Follow up on all new sites and assign to the appropriate team members for further action

? Prioritise and promptly follow up on all quotations within specified time frames

? Consistently meet daily and weekly KPI targets

? Collaborate closely with your Key Account Manager to achieve shared goals

? Utilise Salesforce to effectively manage tasks and record interactions

? Maximise opportunities from existing customers using Phocas, including GAP Analysis and Customer Variance Report

? Focus on core markets, such as Infrastructure, RC Frame & Façade, to drive growth and success

? Expand your client base by attracting new business and nurturing existing client relationships

Requirements:

�? Previous experience in a similar role

�? Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective client relationships.

�? Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

�? Proficiency in utilising Salesforce and Phocas is highly desirable.

�? Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

�? Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
