Are you a strong communicator and confident working in sales?Our client is a world leader in healthcare education and resuscitation training and has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join themThe objective of the role will be to drive sales of all healthcare products and services by understanding the needs and expectations of the customers and providing relevant solutions in support of assigned company goals and targets.This is a hybrid role with 2 days based in the offices near Bromley ( 25mins from London Bridge). Some travel might be required so it will be beneficial if you drive and have a clean driving licence.

Accountable for:

  • Program & Mission - Embracing the "why" and "how" behind the mission of saving more lives and being able to engage with key customer leadership as part of the customer journey
  • Customer Trust - Build and secure trust, confidence and relationships with key personnel in the designated customer accounts.
  • Execution of Sales and Marketing strategy to UK Market: Drive sales with a focus on strategically important products and core products in accordance with the A2A plan to achieve the UK sales target within a specific territory or segment as defined.

Responsibilities:

  • To be an effective and successful member of the UK Field Sales team. Opportunity generation, marketing effort and sales responsibility.
  • Management of the Sales facing lead process from initial lead input to allocation to the sales team and reporting to internal stakeholders.
  • Management of UK Tender systems, portals, scan for opportunities upload of tenders.
  • Responsibility for specific sales initiatives in line with business needs, A2A and new product launches from lead generation to close as required and appropriate
  • Build and expand the company’s customer database (of prospects within the assigned territory).
  • Identify key Customers and generate interest, building pipeline for sales team and self.
  • Perform outbound emails and calls, inbound lead generation and follow-up.

Field Sales Support

  • Creation of quotations within a level of authority direct to the customer. (small values, simple quote)
  • Creation of quotations on behalf of and as requested by the Territory manager.
  • Route, qualified opportunities to sales team for further development and closure providing customer contact support where appropriate
  • Development of Service and Product proposals together with the Territory Manager.

Skills & ExperienceEssential

  • BSc or equivalent (level 6) or Higher Education (level 4) in a science, technical, healthcare or related subject or equivalent experience i.e. a minimum of 4 years experience in customer service/sales role.
  • Strategic thinking, creativity, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and planning skills
  • An individual who has a passion to make a difference.

Desirable:

  • 2 years experience in a field or inside sales-based role, together with a demonstrative track record of sales success.
  • Demonstrated track record of success within a sales or call centre environment desirable.
  • Technical or software knowledge or aptitude for this subject.
  • Clinical knowledge is desirable alongside a grounding in the sales process but not essential for the right candidate.
