JobMatcha are recruiting for an experienced M&E Manager to join our team in Orpington, Kent.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced M&E Manager to oversee and manage mechanical and electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of project management principles, and the ability to supervise teams effectively. This role requires a comprehensive knowledge of schematics, logic controllers, and mechanical systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities working and knowledge of:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in M&E management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in M&E design software and tools.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CEng, MCIBSE) are highly desirable
• Experience working in an acute healthcare facility and knowledge of healthcare-specific regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and risk assessments.
• Review and interpret schematics and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Collaborate with clients, contractor
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues that arise, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports on progress, changes, and challenges encountered.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in M&E management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in M&E design software and tools.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CEng, MCIBSE) are highly desirable
• Experience working in an acute healthcare facility and knowledge of healthcare-specific regulations and standards.
• PPE will be provided.
