Day-to-Day of the Marketing Manager Role:
  • Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overarching company goals.
  • Perform thorough market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends and pinpoint new opportunities.
  • Design and oversee integrated marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Manage and innovate presence at company exhibitions, including stand design and budget management.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Analyse digital marketing data to make informed decisions that boost campaign performance.
  • Continuously update the website to enhance user experience and conversion rates
  • Handle all aspects of graphic design, from customer presentations to online graphics.
  • Maintain and evolve brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visuals.
  • Develop strategies to boost brand visibility and strengthen our market position.
  • Efficiently manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Negotiate with vendors and oversee relationships with external agencies to ensure top-notch service and value.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Marketing Manager role:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B marketing management, with a track record of successful strategy development and execution.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and graphic design.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coordinate team efforts to meet tight deadlines.
