My client, a leader in the insurance industry, is seeking an Account Handler to join their Motor Fleet Team in Orpington.
The role involves call handling, client communication, data input, and maintaining compliance among other responsibilities.
Candidates should have experience in an administrative role, preferably in finance or the motor industry, with customer service and call handling experience.
The salary for this position ranges from £26,000 to £32,000 per annum, with opportunities for hybrid working and support for further qualifications.
While account handling experience and Cert CII qualification are preferred, they are not essential, and candidates should have a willingness to learn.

Account Handler // Permanent // Orpington – Hybrid // £26-32,000 per annumMy client, a leader in the insurance industry, are looking for an Account Handler to join their busy Motor Fleet Team based in Orpington.Role and responsibilities:

Call handling
Communicating with clients and insurance companies
Data input
Customer service
Checking and updating covers, warranties and policies
Maintaining day-to-day compliance
Cross selling insurance products
Day-to-day administration
Managing client relationships

Experience and expertise:

Experience in an administrative role, preferable within the finance or motor industry
Experience with customer service and call handling
Account handling experience (preferred but not essential)
Cert CII qualified (preferred but not essential)
Great attention to detail
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn and develop your skillset

Package:

£26,000 - £32,000 per annum
Hybrid working
Support and funding for qualifications such as Cert CII
Annual salary review
25 days annual leave – increased to 30 days with length of service
