An established multi-discipline practice in Orpington, Kent is looking to add a Senior Building Surveyor to their team. We are looking for a project focused surveyor to lead several multi-million pound schemes across the South East.
You the successful Senior Building Surveyor will benefit from working on award winning projects, the practice boasts an impressive client portfolio which includes financial institutions, sports grounds and blue-chip organisations.
The opportunity has arisen due to an increase in workload, the firm has a healthy pipeline of instructions which goes past 2026. You will be joining a collaborative friendly environment. The practice has a strong emphasis on progression, you will be offered a transparent career development programme which encourages promotion to full Partnership status.
As a Senior Building Surveyor you will provide a range of building surveying services and manage important stakeholder relationships. Additional tasks include mentoring and supporting junior members and spot new business opportunities.

Senior Building Surveyor
- BSc in Building Surveying
- MRICS qualified or working towards this accreditation
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Full UK drivers licence
