 What They’re Looking ForThey are seeking a candidate with a blend of technical expertise, legal knowledge, and business awareness:
  • At least three years of solid experience in Practice Management Systems (PMS) within a legal environment, including administration, training, upgrades, data cleaning, support, and development.
  • Two years of experience analysing system data, presenting findings, and developing software applications.
  • Familiarity with SOS Connect and Practice Manager (preferred).
  • A commercial mindset to understand the broader business impact of system decisions.
  • Backgrounds such as legal secretary, paralegal, or solicitor roles with experience in supporting business or case management systems are advantageous.
