Salary: To £29,000 basic, dependent upon experience, pension, DIS, bonus & commission, OTE £55,000 - £65,000

This exciting role combines the autonomy of managing your own diary with the support of a collaborative team. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule, including one day per week working from home and the remainder from our Orpington office, plus covering 2 Saturdays in 4.

With a steady stream of over 10 pre-qualified leads per week and a minimum earnings potential of £55,000, this is an exceptional opportunity to build a successful practice and achieve your career goals.

Main Duties:

Acquire and engage with pre-qualified leads generated by our dedicated introducers.
Provide expert mortgage advice and protection products tailored to individual client needs.
Work effectively from home one day per week and seamlessly from our Orpington office.
Manage your own diary efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively.
Build strong relationships with clients and referral partners to drive business growth.
Receive a minimum of 10 new pre-qualified Mortgage leads per week.

Key Skills:

CeMAP or CF1 and CF6 qualified Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
Proven track record of providing exceptional mortgage advice and protection product solutions.
Ideally based in or near Orpington (not essential).
Highly self-disciplined with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
