A Construction Consultancy are seeking a Principal Designer who is already competent within the client facing responsibility. This consultancy already has a proven track record at delivery high-quality service to an impressive list of clients. This will allow for you to have a smooth transition immediately as well as a team of support staff within H&S and Architecture to support you. The consultancy pride themselves on employee satisfaction and have a fun social office, which you will work from 2-3 days per week. This role has a direct line into a Senior role within 1 year and they always look to promote from within.

The CDM Consultant Role

As a Principal Designer, you will play confidently lead meetings, manage all design safety risk for the portfolio you manage. There will be a team of CDM Advisors & Architects to support your work. This is a client facing role focused on technical delivery and client satisfaction.

The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have:

  • Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (required), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (preferred).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a CDM role.
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
