The school caters for pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviour as their primary needs. Many children are learning at one key stage in arrears, i.e. Key Stage 3 are operating a Key Stage 2 level, and the school operates school class sizes in order to optimise learning.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will be working with pupil on a 1 to1 basis. Ideally you will have experience of working as an SEN Teaching Assistant with students and supporting learning at a primary level.
The school has an excellent support team and experienced SLT as part of the extended team.
