With multiple teams managing a range of commercial and domestic properties, they are looking for a skilled individual to join their team and contribute to its continued success.

An exciting opportunity is now available for a full-time, experienced professional to join a friendly team based in Orpington. The successful candidate will earn between £36,000 and £39,000 (plus overtime), depending on experience. Role Requirements
- NVQ Horticultural qualification (desirable)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, reliability, and a solid work ethic
- Knowledge of plants, garden maintenance, and use of tools (both power and hand tools)
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and committed to quality work
- A clean driver's licence is essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues
- Due to the nature of the sites, candidates will undergo a DBS check
- References will be requested for successful interviewees
Role Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of garden maintenance, including pruning, hedge cutting, weeding, and lawn mowing
- Regular communication with the office as needed
- Provide clients with suggestions to improve their gardens
- Plan and prioritise year-round garden maintenance tasks, ensuring appropriate work is carried out during each visit
- Confidently engage with clients, providing updates on work completed and recommending ways to improve and develop their gardens
