- Reach out to new clients and create business development opportunities
- Discuss policies, quotations and warranties and ensure they are in line with the quote provided
- Cross sell additional products
- Managing inbound and outbound calls
- Ensure all systems are kept up to date with new clients and their policies
- Attend client meetings and present the company offering
- Remain proactive throughout the agreed policy term and be on hand for clients
- Build a strong network of clients to ensure repeat and longstanding business
- Previous experience in a new business role is essential
- Experience in motor insurance is desirable
- Cert CII qualification is desirable
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experienced in building client relationships
- Comfortable making outbound calls and chasing leads
- Base salary of £28,000 - £45,000 – Please note to be considered for the higher end of the salary you will need to have previous insurance experience
- Commission structure with an OTE of £60,000Â
