Location: Orpington Office

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE to join a successful firm in Orpington. 

Role Requirements:

  • Experience: dealing with a wide range of matters including the acquisition and disposal of land and commercial properties, landlord and tenant, preparation of leases, licenses to assign, property finance and management of portfolios
  • Skills: technical skills, willingness to be involved in marketing and business development
  • Attributes: Client care, time management, commercial approach
