Experienced litigation fee earner sought for a permanent role for a Bromley based law firm with links to the insurance industry specialising in dealing with matters arising from RTA claims. This is a full-time role with the opportunity for hybrid working following a settling in period as well as training and support to provide career progression.   Role involves: Managing a mixed case load including but not limited to liability disputes, repair, credit hire  small claims cases Effective management of the litigation process to ensure SLA's are met Utilise a Case Management System accurately and effectively Work a task list efficiently Negotiation of quantum & assessing liability Drafting Court documents Liaising with client's regarding uninsured losses and to obtain relevant case information in a competent manner Liaising with insurers, brokers, Courts, Solicitors and Barristers as required Adhering to all court deadlines Take and draft comprehensive statements Book and instruct Counsel to attend trial Allocation of settlement funds   Required experience/qualifications At least 2 years similar litigation/case handler experience in a law firm or the insurance industry Ability to handle a case load with minimal supervision Full knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules relating to RTA/Motor Insurance Claims Credit hire experience desirable but not essential Excellent written and oral communication skills High degree of motivation and attention to detail Demonstrable ability to work as a team Ability to work calmly under pressure in an organised and efficient manner, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise   Benefits: Hybrid working (after successful completion of training and your probationary period) Buy and sell Holiday Training and development to support career progression Access to our reward hub which includes retail discounts and health & well being Paid volunteer time to support our chosen charity Additional day off for your birthday   This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a firm that place their clients at the heart of what they do whether working with large corporate clients or individuals.
