- Handle requests for hire vehicles
- Keep employees up to date with on going vehicle repairs
- Issue parking ticket details to the relevant store and ensure they are solved effectively
- Ensure MOT and Service reminders are sent out and booked in advance
- Keep vehicles up to date and well stocked
- Manage any accidents or vehicle damages
- Assist with the issuing and replacement of fuel cards
- Ensure ticketing system is kept up to date and stores are notified of progress
- Raising purchase orders
- Work within set budgets for the department
- Ensure all facilities and fleet queries are actioned
- Previous experience in a similar role within fleet/ facilities
- Strong database and ticketing management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a busy and fast paced role
- Up to £32,000 base salary
- 6-month contract with potential for extension
- Fully officed based in Bromley
