Bookings Coordinator

Job Title: Medical Bookings Coordinator

Location: Orpington, Bromley

Remuneration: £12 - £13 per hour

Contract Details: Temporary ongoing, Full Time

Responsibilities:

· Checking patient referrals for suitability to be seen within our client's clinical units.

· Booking appointments and ensuring patients receive all necessary information and medications.

· Managing patient correspondence and contact records according to established processes.

· Assisting in the preparation of patient notes and health information for appointments.

· Accurately reporting appointment outcomes to facilitate follow-up clinical activities.

· Supporting audit activities, such as checking patient outcome data and maintaining medical supplies.

· Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of care within our client's organisation.

Skills:

· Previous experience in patient appointment booking, ideally within healthcare

· Basic DBS certificate that's in date and valid.

· Endoscopy experience is preferred, but candidates with medical or healthcare experience will also be considered.
