The Role:
- HOT DESK!
- You will manage the process from end to end as a 360 consultant
- Develop business through sales, networking, and marketing techniques
- Organise interviews and provide candidates with essential information
- Liaise and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Source candidates through various job boards and social media platforms
- Advertise vacancies effectively
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previously worked as a 360 Recruitment Consultant carrying out business development and cold calling of clients to win new business
- Is confident in building long-standing relationships with clients and candidates
- Honest, flexible, and determined to succeed mindset
What's on offer:
- Base salary up to circa £35k
- Uncapped NO THRESHOLD commission ranging between 10-20%
