As a Customer Service and Order Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer queries and providing assistance over the phone
  • Managing and processing customer orders
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information
  • Updating customers on the progress of their orders
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Handling quotations and discussing artwork with customers
