Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading Food Manufacturing company, in their search for Team Leaders to work in their leading facility in Oswestry.
For the successful Team Leader, our client is offering:
- £45,000 - £49,000 per annum D.O.E
- 3 on 3 off 5.50 am to 5.50 pm and 5.50 pm to 5.50 am (3 days/3 nights)
- Opportunity for progression
- Permanent role

The role - Team Leader:
- Manage a team of 20+ staff in fast moving production environment
- Organise and complete product changeovers
- Oversee line leaders
- Support the supervisor to achieve the shifts KPIs and targets
- Complete all quality control documentation accurately and clearly
- Adhere to strict food and hygiene regulations
What our client is looking for in a Team Leader:
- Previous team leading / supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
- Machine operating experience - ESSENTIAL
- Demonstratable stability in work history
- Strong attention to details
- Good computer skills
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
