The role:
Fantastic Administrator opportunity working for a company that makes a difference to peoples lives.
Main Duties of the Administrator:

  • Ensure the accurate recording of incoming donations in the company database.
  • Accurately count, document, and securely bank all incoming donations, including large sums of cash.
  • Confidently handle credit and debit card donations via telephone, processing them through a secure payment system.
  • Gather and consolidate data from various online donation platforms and enter it into the Fundraising CRM database.
  • Organise and file all relevant paperwork systematically and correctly.
  • Provide assistance with general office tasks, including covering for other Fundraising Team members as directed by the Database Manager.
  • Deliver all tasks in accordance with organisational policies and procedures, including GDPR, Health & Safety, Finance, Volunteering, and People guidelines.


Candidate:
The successfully appointed Administrator will have:

  • Background in administration and or customer service.
  • Confidence to manage cash handling and banking.
  • Excellent organisation, communication and planning skills.
  • The ability to use a database.
