Our client based in Shrewsbury is looking to recruit a Housing Support Worker on an ongoing basis. You will be responsible for the overall management of supporting vulnerable service users.

Key Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker:

? Offer targeted housing related support to eligible customers in order to promote their independence? Assess customers for support eligibility and agree support tasks ? Regularly review the progress of support, and report on outcomes achieved? Prompt and encourage customers to establish and maintain settled lifestyles? Support customers with money management including debt counselling, claiming benefits, and accessing money advice? Support customers to comply with the conditions of their tenancy and engage with the communities they live in

Essential criteria of the Housing Support Worker:

? Previous experience within a support role ? Full UK Driving Licence? Enhanced DBS
