A leading, innovate manufacturing business with excellent potential for growth and progression, is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to support their business development team.
With detailed training, you will become a dedicated Sales Administrator, ensuring your customer service matches the excellence of their products. Handling all incoming customer enquiries and following up on shipments at every stage, your goal is to provide outstanding customer service and seize every opportunity to contribute to the business growth.
Your responsibilities will include -
- Ensuring all sales order information is accurate and updated for daily sales meetings.
- Coordinating with engineering, operations, and planning teams to keep customer delivery reports updated.
- Handling customer enquiries, escalations, credit notes, and invoice issues, ensuring all SLAs are adhered to.
- Liaising with the shipping department to ensure orders are shipped on time.
- Attending customer calls alongside the Sales Account Manager, with a view to managing your own accounts.
Ideally you will have the following skills & experience -
- Working in a fast-paced technical manufacturing environment
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong communicator
- Solid organisations skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A willingness to learn and progress

- Up to 35K (dep on exp) + quarterly cash bonus scheme
- Monday - Friday office-based hours (7:30am - 4:30pm and 12pm finish on Fridays)
