Role Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will handle all incoming customer inquiries and follow up on shipments at every stage. Your goal is to provide outstanding customer service and seize every opportunity to contribute to the business growth. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with internal staff.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator:
- Ensure all sales order information is accurate and updated for daily sales team meetings.
- Update customer delivery reports and WIP tracker, coordinating with engineering, operations, and planning teams to reflect changes in manufacturing plans.
- Respond to daily customer requests and escalations, ensuring all communications are answered within 48 hours and followed up with an agreed timescale.
- Lead customer calls for smaller and non-contract customers.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal Sales Coordinator will have prior experience in engineering or manufacturing, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and communicate professionally with global customers.
