Fantastic opportunity for an Associate Project Manager role working with an exciting and fast growing tech companies in the leisure industry in theGreater Leeds area.

You will be working directly with clients to coordinate activation of new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in:

  • Delivering projects with external teams.
  • Creating and co-ordinating project plans.
  • Account management / client services development.

Project Management:

  • Initiate and manage projects using MS Project/Online, ensuring clear planning and execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, facilitating regular updates and progress calls with clients.
  • Oversee billing processes between toensure smooth financial operations.

Administrative Support:

  • Integrate new clientsinto the system, ensuring all customer and billing data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain current lists of client unitsand manage user permissions in the system.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests, providing timely support and updates as needed.
