This is a permanent role Paying 30,000 to 32,000 pa.Hours are based on working Monday to Friday with the odd weekend if required.You will manage the chef brigade ensuring that the team provides a breakfast, lunch and dinner for the site clientele. It is crucial that you are comfortable following spec lists for meal preparation and are fully understanding of all relevant health & safety food hygiene requirements. There is a high level of paperwork required for this role and you must therefore be computer literate and understand the key processes relating to health & safety, budgeting, forecasting and kitchen audits.With this in mind you must have a Food Hygiene Certificate minimum level 2 , preferably level 3.
With this being a security focused site it is preferable that you are already in poaeaaion of a basic DBS certificate.You will be contracted to a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week, mainly Monday to Friday with some weekend work.
