  • Build lasting client relationships, understanding their needs which means you'll be able to level up and progress into a true accounting advisor
  • Work on complex accounts assignments across various sectors - you'll never get bored and keep learning
  • Utilise accounting software like CCH, Sage, and Xero.
  • Prepare working papers, statutory accounts, and management accounts giving you great work variety and technical exposure
  • Manage assignments to a high standard within agreed budgets and timelines allowing you to achieve real mastery and take pride in your work.
  • Supervise and support junior team members allowing you to further your own skills and development.
  • Develop your technical and commercial expertise with ongoing training.
