Our client a leading independent firm of Chartered Accountants are seeking an Audit and Accounts Assistant/Semi-Senior to join their team in Oxford.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone enthusiastic, who is looking to begin their career in accountancy with a forward thinking, vibrant practice.

Duties will include assisting with a portfolio of clients, dealing with a mix of audit and accounts work, with some preparation of financial accounts and tax.

Training is offered, along with full study support for professional qualifications such as AAT to start if required, followed by either ACA or ACCA.

The firm are ideally looking for candidates with a passion for accountancy, who are in possession of great communication skills, as well as being independent thinkers, strong team players and an enthusiasm to learn.

A good working knowledge of software/I.T. such as CCH, SAGE, Xero and QuickBooks would also be an advantage.
