About the RoleThe Audit & Accounts Junior will join a supportive compliance team based in Oxford. This permanent role offers hybrid and flexible working options and comes with a comprehensive induction and a full study package to pursue professional qualifications. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least one year of UK audit and/or accounts experience looking to enhance their career in a progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build productive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Expand technical knowledge through hands-on training and formal qualifications.
  • Prepare audit working papers and assist with audit file completion.
  • Attend client stocktakes and report findings.
  • Prepare financial accounts in line with FRS 102 1A and FRS 105 standards.
  • Draft corporation tax computations and provide financial reporting using advanced accounting software.
  • Support senior staff with audit and accounts projects as needed.
