Role Responsibilities- Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring high standards and timely delivery
- Collaborate with Managers and Partners to provide tailored advice to clients
- Confidently communicate with client staff, including Directors and CFOs, to address audit matters
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for the firm’s growth
- Supervise and develop a team of junior auditors, providing mentorship and technical guidance
- Support the preparation of audit tenders for new business opportunities

Candidate Requirements- ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent, with a solid background in auditing
- Proven experience in leading audits and managing client relationships
- Strong technical understanding of auditing standards and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Leadership potential with experience in mentoring and developing junior staff
- Organisational skills to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
- £38,000 to £48,000 pa
- Full time, permanent position
