Description
- Oversee all financial operations of the company.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and systems.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders.
- Manage the Accounting & Finance department, leading the team towards achieving company goals.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify areas of improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial efficiency.

Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP).
- Proven experience in a managerial position within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Outstanding mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
