We are recruiting for a Alumni Events Officer to join our client’s well-respected Oxford college, located in central Oxford.
This is a full time permanent role, working 36.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan and deliver a range of student events
- Prepare guests lists and issue invitations
- Be the first point of contact for alumni, directing them to the relevant individual
- Assist alumni with booking events and meetings
- Contribute to social media and e-newsletters to promote events
- Attend weekly operational meetings to discuss upcoming events and alumni meetings
We are looking for an individual with strong administrative skills, experience working in a customer-facing environment and ideally some events experience.
