Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and positive individual to join one of our clients on a temporary basis as a course coorindator. This role primarily involves managing exams and addressing various on-course issues, including booking rooms, handling student queries, and updating calendars and lectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate exam schedules and logistics.
  • Book rooms and venues for various academic activities.
  • Handle student queries and provide timely assistance.
  • Update and maintain academic calendars and lecture schedules.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ideally, experience in setting and managing exams, or in an education setting
  • Strong IT literacy and proficiency in using various software tools.
  • Experience working with students or in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle complex tasks efficiently and accurately.
