An exceptional, national law firm based in Oxford City Centre are seeking a professional, proactive individual for a Legal PA role , on a full time, permanent basis . If you have previous administrative experience within a legal setting, strong communication skills and enjoy building strong working relationships with both clients and staff, then this may be the role for you! The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid role with a salary of up to 33k!

You will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will predominantly be acting as an initial point of contact for fee earners and clients to assist them with the completion of their work. Your duties could include but are not limited to tasks such as;

- Taking an active part in client care, handling basic enquiries

- Managing the production of documents

- Opening and closing of files

- Supporting in business development activities

- Assisting with external and internal events

- Monitoring the post and emails

- Minute taking

- Billing

The ideal candidate will possess solid administrative experience, preferably within legal or a professional services environment. You will be a confident, team player who has first class organisation skills and a keen eye for detail. If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
